WOOP stands for Wish, Outcome, Obstacles, Plan and it challenges you to identify what your true wishes are, and what stands in your way. I have started using this mental exercise and it is helping me prepare for things I want to achieve. Deceptively simple but effective! Thank you to the class I took from a Yale professor who introduced this WOOP approach to us that was conceived from Dr. Gabriele Oettingen. I hope it helps you move forward towards the things you would like to do but feel paralyzed like I do sometimes. Cheers!
